3D Prints- We are able to accommodate custom orders for 3D printed items if a print file is available. We are not offering custom 3D design services at this time.
Rugs & Wovens- We do accept custom orders with a deposit to cover materials.
You can pick up your order for free at the Lynchburg Community Market during their regular business hours.
If your item is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
We do not accept returns. All items are handmade and may have slight material variations or 'flaws'.
We offer domestic shipping with USPS. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
